Malamulo also had the privilege on working on Woolworths distribution centre in Montague gardens which has achieved a 4 star green rating.
Malamulo is also proud 2nd Runner up Winner of the 2020 My clean green home competition for achieving a net Zero carbon emissions designed home.
Malamulo is also proud 3rd place winner at the 2014 Zambia Green Jobs Programme Ecohome  Green design competition

Historic Preservation, Restoration, and Conservation Architecture
Architectural Conservation Projects – Western Cape Education Department, Cape Town, South Africa (2016-2019, 2022-2025)
As lead consultant, I conducted full infrastructure audits and oversaw the restoration of original facade elements for multiple schools, ensuring heritage regulation compliance and obtaining necessary approvals. Projects included:
Riviersonderend High School (Built 1927): Roof, ceiling, door, and timber sash window replacement, interior and exterior repainting.
Good Hope Seminary Junior School (90+ years): Preservation of original timber flooring and window frames, interior and exterior repainting.
Oudtshoorn Eljada School of Skills (Built 1913): Floor tile replacement, external plaster repairs, timber flooring replacement, internal ablution alterations, and window replacements.
Vorentoe LS School (Built 1930): Roof replacement, new window installations, building additions and alterations, with a focus on preserving architectural character.
Southfield Primary School (99 years old): Leaking roof repairs, new window, floor tile, and ceiling replacements, and classroom painting.
Cape Academy for Math and Science School (built in 1950): Roof, windows, floor tiles, and ceiling replacements, classroom painting, and original brickwork restoration.
Calitzdorp HS (Built 1912): Building element replacements (rainwater downpipes, windows, floor tiles), ablution refurbishment, and original brickwork restoration.
